At Pickleball Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused paddles, apparel, and accessories. If your equipment doesn't elevate your game, we'll help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective plastic covers on paddle handles are intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
